Sanobiotec Earns Certifications for Quality Management and Cosmetics Production and Control (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007)
Sanobiotec continues to push the limits of minor cannabinoid manufacturing technology, effectiveness, and compliance. In-house quality control and strict adherence to the highest manufacturing standards are crucial to the success and integrity of the entire cannabinoid industry. With this in mind, we are proud to announce that we have recently finished Quality Management System audit and received ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716:2007-Cosmetics certifications.
ISO Standards provide the tools to consistently advance performance in all key elements of a business including processing, distribution, information security, occupational health, and safety, environmental, laboratory testing, energy management, and customer service.
“There are few minor cannabinoid producers in the world with ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 Certifications which sets apart the ones who have achieved these worthwhile standards,” says Paulius Parseliunas, Sanobiotec Novus CEO. “What’s more, the new certifications align with Sanobiotec goals – to offer the highest quality minor cannabinoids globally by ensuring transparency and traceability throughout our production process.”
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems for companies that operate in a regulatory environment. The standards include requirements for quality systems, personnel, facility, material control, quality oversight and manufacturing controls.
ISO 22716:2007 gives guidelines for the production, control, storage and shipment of cosmetic products. These guidelines cover the quality aspects of the product.
Sanobiotec is now entering the fast-paced growth stage and expects it to last for the years to come. In the future, the company aims to validate the most promising rare cannabinoids through pre-clinical trials to unlock the true potential of minor cannabinoids.
